Why do I need a patch test?
Hair colour can cause an allergic reaction, even with a shade you’ve used before. A patch test 48 hours ahead shows up a reaction before colour goes on your whole head. We do one before your first colour with us, and again if it’s been six months.
Can I bring a photo?
Please do. Photos of what you like, and what you don’t, are the quickest way for us to understand each other.
How long does balayage take?
Allow about three hours, including toner and a blow-dry. We’ll keep the tea coming.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know 24 hours before and there’s no charge. For colour appointments over two hours we take a £20 deposit when you book, which comes off your bill.
Do you do wedding hair?
Yes. Beth does most of our trials and wedding mornings, in the salon or at your venue within 15 miles. Get in touch for a quote.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Under-12s are £22 for a wash, cut and quick dry. Saturdays fill up first, so book a week or two ahead.
